School has been given a defibrillator from The Oliver King Foundation, funded by Paul Rimmer from Automotive Car Sales.

Thanks to Paul Rimmer Automotive Car Sales, Westhead for buying a defibrillator to be kept here at Westhead Lathom St James in our entrance hall.

Many thanks also to Mark King, who leads the very worthwhile work of The Oliver King Foundation, aiming to get defibrillating machines in every school and ultimately enable all children to have an ECG heart test.

Mark’s son Oliver died, aged 12, on 2nd March 2011, while in a
swimming race. The Oliver King Foundation’s work is his legacy - all schools in Liverpool have defibrillator machines.
