Our Year 3 and 4 pupils have been diving into the vibrant world of street art, exploring the powerful and thought-provoking work of artists such as Banksy and Jean-Michel Basquiat. Inspired by their bold styles and messages, the children developed their own creative pieces, experimenting with colour, symbolism and self-expression. To bring their artwork to life, they used green screen technology to place themselves directly into their creations—becoming part of the art itself! This exciting project combined creativity, history and digital skills, and the results have been truly imaginative and full of personality.
